Thank you for choosing Astheria LLC. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Custom-Made Orders

As all of our products are made to order, please be aware of the following:

  • Processing Time: All items may take up to 21 days to be made and shipped from the time your order is placed. Please note that during peak seasons, such as holidays, processing times may be longer. We will make every effort to complete your order as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

2. No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges

Because all items are custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.

  • Custom Items: Custom-made hats are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once your order is placed, it is processed specifically for you.

  • Sale Items: Any items purchased at a discounted price are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Shipping

  • Shipping Timeline: We aim to ship your order as soon as it is completed; however, as noted above, please allow up to 21 days for processing, and additional time may be required during busy seasons.

  • Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays once an item has been dispatched. We use third-party carriers for shipping, and any delays due to carrier issues (e.g., weather, logistical errors) are outside our control. Shipping times are estimated and also based on destination etc.

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing your order, including shipping address and any customization requests. We are not responsible for any errors in processing due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

5. Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled. We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing the purchase.

6. Liability

Astheria LLC is not liable for delays in shipping, the loss or theft of items, the misuse of products after receipt etc.

7. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
