Returns & Exchanges
Every Astheria hat is individually handmade to order in our atelier. Because each piece is crafted specifically for you, we do not offer refunds. We are a boutique studio, not a mass-production brand, and appreciate your understanding of the care that goes into every order.
If you have a sizing concern, we're here to help.
All exchanges or sizing requests must be authorized by Astheria before merchandise is returned. Please email hello@astheriahats.com or contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization.To be eligible for an exchange or sizing assessment, your hat must be:
Items showing signs of wear, fragrance, makeup, damage, or alterations may be declined and returned to the customer.
Returns must be shipped using a tracked and insured shipping service. Astheria is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or damaged in transit.
Where a size adjustment or exchange is approved, customers are responsible for all return and reshipping costs.
Please include a brief explanation of your sizing concern when contacting us so we can recommend the most appropriate solution before your hat is returned.
